Choice Neighborhoods: An Evaluation of Outcomes and Neighborhood Impact

Since 2010, the Choice Neighborhoods program has provided $1.8 billion in grants to rebuild severely distressed public or HUD-assisted housing and to revitalize the surrounding neighborhoods.
