Connecting the Dots is a partnership of the Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation; the Cities of West Fargo and Fargo, North Dakota; Moorhead, Minnesota; and Sanford Health. We are pleased to offer this new community tool; a site that brings community resources, issues, and needs to one location.
